What's more exciting...

...than a bag of candy, the holy day off from school and leftover party desserts?

The latest John Flanagan story!
The Brotherband is here!
If you remember his Ranger's Apprentice birthday, you should know that he's still just as fascinated with these books as he was. That's how good they are.
I ordered this one back in July and he didn't know it was coming today.
I love surprising him with books!

UPDATE:

It's so good even Cupcake is enjoying it!

  9. Just in case you didn't know, this book is not in the Ranger's series. It's a spin-off series that Mr. Flanagan is writing based in Skandia. Some of the Skandian characters from Ranger's Apprentice show up in the book but for the most part, it's about new characters and new adventures. The Professor has read it now a couple of times and loves it (except for the cliffhanger ending).
