Because Cupcake arrived earlier than we expected, there were a lot of things I had planned to do that didn't get done before she arrived. I had planned on making a giant cupcake using the pans that a friend gave us at the baby shower with the intention of letting the kids decorate it for her homecoming. I ended up letting my girls make the whole thing themselves and then gave them free reign of the decorating.
We enjoyed their cake and ice cream yesterday to celebrate her month day!
I can't believe she's been here that long!
The weeks pass so quickly! My little one was born August 23rd. She was 4 lbs, 9 oz. I can't believe she'll be 6 weeks old tomorrow. It's fun seeing and hearing about your little girl since I have one similar in age. How big is Cupcake now?
ReplyDeleteI can't believe she is already a month old!! She is so precious! And the girls did a great job on the cake!!
ReplyDeleteThey did a beautiful job on the cupcake. Your little Cupcake is so precious. She looks so content.
ReplyDeleteLoving your blogs .. and watching this little one grow .. along with the rest of your family. You and your family are an inspiration. Keep up with the writing and sharing. Blessings and I'd love to take a bite out of that little cupcake of yours -- she's precious!
ReplyDeleteOh! She is so precious!!
ReplyDeleteI can't believe it's been a whole month either. But hopefully your body feels like it's been longer than yesterday!
ReplyDeleteHappy One Month to you all!
ReplyDeleteSo jealous my family got to see her at mass while I couldn't drag myself out of bed after a rough night with my little teething one...(we went to a later mass)
Hope you are feeling better!!
