  2. It was very yummy. I wanted to scatter the blackberries in it, but knew my children would lead a revolt if I did. I layered angel food cake, white chocolate pudding mixed with Cool Whip, toffee bits and more Cool Whip on the top. Easy peasy!

  4. P.S. Just out of curiosity, how do you store your religious statues? Do you keep them up year round, or only bring them out at certain times or on certain days? I hope you don't mind my questions, but lately I have desired to have more religious art and objects in our home, but I am not sure about where to place them and where to store them, etc. Thanks!

  5. Sarah,
This statue belongs to my oldest son. It stays in his room on a shelf until we bring it out for celebrations. Most of our statues have a home somewhere in our house although I do have a cabinet in a part of our house called the dry bar (a very 1980's idea which never gets used as a bar) where I store some statues, candles, pictures, etc....

  8. And a quick question. Where do you find your statues? Do you have a favorite place that you get them from?

    Thanks,
    Robin

  10. Wonderful, Charlotte! I love the blue theme with the beautiful statue -- and trifles are our favorite dessert, bar none. But, I gotta tell you, what caught my fancy the most was the pinata made from a Starbucks bag.... Blessings at the start of the Month of the Rosary!
