Pun Day, Pun Day...

Today is O. Henry Pun Day. Here are some puns to tickle your punny bone and get you warmed up just in case you wanted to head down to Austin on the 19th to try your hand at becoming a P.O.T.Y. (No potty humor here. This is a family blog!) or rather, Punster Of The Year.

~ When the TV repairman got married the reception was excellent.

~ A dog gave birth to puppies near the road and was ticketed for littering.

~ I wondered why the baseball was getting bigger. Then it hit me.

~ Police were called to a daycare where a three-year-old was resisting a rest.

And last but not least, Husband's favorite:
~ I thought I saw an eye doctor on an Alaskan island but it turned out to be an optical Aleutian.

Every other day of the week is fine, yeah.
